1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Rejuvenherbal may provide refunds for coaching consultations, programmes, challenges, and educational products purchased through our website or by direct agreement. Current programme fees (AUD, incl. GST): consultation AUD $195, four-week programme AUD $520, twelve-week package AUD $1,280 — as listed on our pricing page. We handle all requests fairly and in accordance with Australian consumer protection law.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy alongside our Terms of Use. This policy does not limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Australian Consumer Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to remedies when services fail to meet consumer guarantees. Services must be provided with acceptable care and skill, fit for any specified purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time when no time is set.

If a major failure occurs, you may be entitled to cancel the service and receive a refund for the unused portion. If a minor failure occurs, we will work with you to remedy the issue within a reasonable time. This policy operates in addition to, not instead of, those statutory rights.

Our coaching services are educational and behavioural in nature. We do not promise specific personal outcomes. Refund eligibility is assessed based on service delivery issues, not on subjective satisfaction with habit development progress.

4. Services Covered

This policy applies to:

  • One-off coaching consultations (in person or video)
  • Four-week starter challenge programmes
  • Twelve-week extended coaching packages
  • Downloadable or emailed educational workbooks and materials sold separately

Free informational content on our website is not subject to refunds. Enquiries submitted through the contact form do not constitute purchases.

5. Single Consultation Refunds

For individual ninety-minute consultation sessions:

  • Cancellation more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled time: Full refund of any prepaid fee, or free rescheduling at your choice
  • Cancellation between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before: Fifty percent refund or one free reschedule per calendar year
  • Cancellation less than twenty-four hours before, or non-attendance without notice: No refund unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion
  • If we cancel or reschedule: Full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost

If you attend the session and believe it was not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may submit a written complaint within seven days explaining the specific concern. We will review session notes and respond within fourteen business days.

6. Multi-Session Programme Refunds

6.1 Four-week starter challenge

If you withdraw before the first scheduled session begins, you receive a full refund minus any third-party payment processing fees we cannot recover. After the first session has occurred, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for remaining unused sessions, less a fifteen percent administrative fee, provided at least two weeks of the programme remain unused.

6.2 Twelve-week extended package

Withdrawal within the first seven days of programme commencement and before the second session: eighty-five percent refund. Withdrawal after the second session but before the midpoint (week six): pro-rata refund for remaining full weeks at the per-session rate listed in your service agreement. No refund is available after the midpoint except where required by consumer law for major service failures.

6.3 Programme materials

Educational workbooks and templates included in programme fees are non-refundable separately once digital delivery has occurred, except where the overall programme qualifies for a pro-rata refund as described above.

7. Digital Educational Products

Standalone digital products such as downloadable habit-mapping templates or recorded educational modules may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if:

  • You have not downloaded or accessed the digital files, or
  • The files are materially defective or inaccessible due to our technical error

Once digital content has been successfully downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not available unless a consumer guarantee has been breached. We may offer an exchange or corrected file where appropriate.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email touch@rejuvenherbal.world with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, date of purchase, service type, and reason for the request
  3. Attach proof of payment if available
  4. Allow up to fourteen business days for our initial response

We may contact you to clarify details or propose an alternative remedy such as rescheduling or credit toward a future programme where that is appropriate and you agree.

9. Processing Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days of approval confirmation. Funds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may add three to ten additional business days depending on your financial institution.

If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative transfer method. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

10. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise:

  • Dissatisfaction with personal habit progress where services were delivered as described
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without timely cancellation
  • Requests made after programme completion
  • Change of mind after digital product download where no defect exists
  • Services already fully delivered under the agreed scope

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling by Rejuvenherbal

If we must cancel a session due to coach illness, technical failure on our end, or unforeseen closure of our Sydney office, you will be offered a reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time or a full refund for the affected session. We are not liable for incidental costs such as travel you may have incurred, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
